My journey into this field began in childhood when my brother developed schizophrenia at age 13. This personal connection ignited my capacity to support others through their darkest moments, ultimately revealing the limitations of conventional therapies and the healing power of psychedelics.

The gift of psychedelics is the way they can show us what we are walking around with but may not be fully conscious of.  I am here to assist you in integrating these powerful insights into more authentic ways of living.

Practicing for over a decade, I specialize in combining psychotherapy with psychedelics in both individual and group settings. Trained at Columbia University and the Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy and Training, my passion lies in empowering individuals and communities to embrace self-love and strengthen self-efficacy.

I serve as a guide and consultant at various ketamine clinics in New York City, such as The Space Between and Nushama Psychedelic Wellness, providing integration services that help patients navigate their unique journeys toward well-being in the city that never sleeps.

My training also includes foundational apprenticeships with traditional plant medicine facilitators, deepening my commitment to holistic healing practices. I have completed continuing education courses with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and Richard Schwartz of Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I offer a warm, playful, and highly tailored approach, pulling from modalities such as parts work, meditation, somatic release, breathwork, self-hypnosis, art therapy, journaling, ritual and more.

I also facilitate a complimentary monthly women’s group, which has been nurturing feminine leadership and connection for over a decade.

I work with people from many walks of life and offer a free 30-minute zoom consultation to discuss whether you are a good candidate and if I have the proper insight to serve as your guide.
