About Me

Kalena Gravina

Psychedelic Guide
Gestalt Practitioner
Brooklyn, NY

My path into this work began early when my brother developed schizophrenia at age thirteen. Bearing witness to his journey awakened a deep capacity in me to hold others through their most challenging moments—and inspired a lifelong search for healing approaches beyond the limits of conventional therapy.

With over a decade of clinical experience, my private practice specializes in integrating psychotherapeutic modalities and psychedelics in both individual and group settings. I hold graduate training from Columbia University and the Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy and Training, and serve as a guide and consultant for several New York City ketamine clinics, including The Space Between and Nushama Psychedelic Wellness.

My training also includes apprenticeships with traditional plant medicine facilitators and continuing education with MAPS and Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems), deepening my commitment to holistic and evidence-informed care.

My approach is rooted in self-love, self-efficacy, and integration—helping individuals translate psychedelic insight into embodied, authentic ways of living. My offering draws from parts work, somatic release, meditation, breathwork, art therapy, journaling, ritual, and more, delivered with warmth, playfulness, and attunement to each person’s process.

I work with people from many walks of life and offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to ensure mutual fit and readiness for this work.

Brooklyn Psychedelic Guidance is based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, with virtual sessions available nationwide.
